What you’ll actually do
Some assistants just fill a slot.

Help in English classes, working side by side with real teachers.
Get them talking for real.
Not just grammar drills. Help students speak with confidence and purpose.

You’re not a guest. You’re in the daily life of the school.
You don’t need to be perfect. But you do need this.
What you need
To join the program, you must:
- Have a valid passport, active NIE, and Spanish Social Security number
- Be a native English, French or German speaker with a clear accent
- Have a clean criminal and sexual offenses background check
- Be proactive, punctual, dynamic and easy to work with
- Be available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Bonus points if you…
- Have a degree in education or bilingual studies
- Hold a TEFL, CELTA or similar certificate
- Have experience working with students, in Spain or abroad
- Have taught primary or secondary school before
