A conversation assistant programme built on care, collaboration and real bilingual education.
Because teaching a language is not just about speaking it — it’s about belonging, contributing and growing within a school that truly cares.

Why Escuela Excelente?

If you’re looking for more than just speaking English in a classroom — this might be your place. We’re not just placing assistants in schools. We’re building a bilingual education model that actually works. For students, for schools… and for you.

You’ll be part of a real team. You’ll bring your culture, energy and ideas — and take home experiences, connection and growth. And you’ll do it in schools that care. For real.

What you’ll actually do

Some assistants just fill a slot. Here, you make a difference.

You’ll teach, but never alone.

Help in English classes, working side by side with real teachers.

Get them talking for real.

Not just grammar drills. Help students speak with confidence and purpose.

Bring your culture to life.

Metodologías con sentido, evaluación que acompaña y aulas que están vivas.

Inspire through connection.

Motivate just by being there. Make English feel natural, not forced.

Feel like part of the team.

You’re not a guest. You’re in the daily life of the school.
